By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the selected plan according to the pricing displayed on the Platform.
Subscriptions are billed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to VAT where applicable.
Users may upgrade or downgrade their plans at any time through the Platform’s billing section.
Any plan changes will take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or limitation of access until payment is received.
BBK AI reserves the right to adjust plan features or pricing with prior notice through the Platform or email.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments for subscriptions or services on allai.ae must be made through the approved payment gateways listed on the Platform.
By completing a transaction, you authorize BBK AI to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due, including applicable taxes.
BBK AI uses secure third-party processors (such as Stripe) to handle all payment information, in compliance with UAE data-protection laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is accurate and up to date.
In the event of failed or declined payments, your subscription may be paused until payment is successfully processed.
BBK AI is not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or currency-conversion provider.

6. Refund Policy

All payments made for subscriptions or services on allai.ae are generally non-refundable once processed.
Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as double payment or system error, and are subject to BBK AI’s review and approval.
Requests for refund must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date through the official support channel.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 14 working days depending on the payment provider.
Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods or unused tokens.

7. Service Access

9. Intellectual Property

All software, models, designs, databases, and creative outputs provided through allai.ae remain the exclusive property of BBK AI FOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN.
Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the services strictly within the limits of their chosen subscription.
Reproduction, modification, distribution, or resale of any part of the Platform without prior written consent is prohibited.
AI-generated outputs remain the intellectual property of the User unless otherwise specified in the selected plan’s terms.

10. Termination Rights

BBK AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion if the User violates these Terms or engages in misuse of the Platform.
Users may also terminate their account at any time through their dashboard or by contacting support.
Upon termination, all active subscriptions will be canceled, and remaining tokens or balances will be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
BBK AI may preserve user data for a limited period to comply with legal or regulatory obligations within the UAE.
Repeated violations, abusive conduct, or fraudulent activities may result in permanent bans.
Termination does not exempt the User from any outstanding financial obligations or liabilities incurred before account closure.
All provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, BBK AI FOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use allai.ae.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
BBK AI provides all services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose.
Users bear full responsibility for reviewing and validating the outputs before public or commercial use.

In all cases, BBK AI’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the preceding three months.

12. Indemnification Clause

By using allai.ae, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BBK AI, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
This includes but is not limited to any legal fees incurred due to your breach of intellectual property, data misuse, or third-party rights.
You further agree to cooperate with BBK AI in the defense of any legal claims resulting from your actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of allai.ae shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any conflict or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
You agree that all proceedings shall be conducted in the English language unless otherwise required by law.
In case of translation discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
Users from outside the UAE are responsible for ensuring their local compliance when accessing the Platform.
